I'm 40 yrs old and currently experiencing some mild ED problems. I'm thinking on trying Horny Goat Weed. Anyway, I got the product at a local GNC store but the directions simply say: "2-4 capsules before actitvity".
Does anyone knows what "activity" means here? Sexual activity? Or should it just be taken daily. Also, few more questions:
Has anyone have any success using this product?
How long before I can expect any results?
I've been using a product called "Love Fuel" for nearly two years now. It contains horny goat weed, along with a number of other ingredients.

All products made by different Brands (companies) are not the same! Alway follow the directions on the label! If it says, before actitvity, I would take that to mean before sex.

hi i have just started taking hgw and take three times a day with water an hour before food. tHE BEST YOU CAN BUY FOR GREAT RESULTS IS 60% IRRIICINE any less wont be as affective as it will also contain other ingredients. It is a build up effect so dont expect miricles over nite therefore wont matter when you take it.
A friend of mine is using BigPrx which also contains Horny Goat Weed. The drug worked very well for him, however it took quite a long time (more than 4 weeks) for the drug to begin working
Its good is horny goat weed, it does work real well at increasing sex drive, but just make sure you get some decent stuff, that guy above is spot on with the High Strength 60% icariin extract, its definitely the most effective horny goat weed extract on the market at present.
