I kind of hope you didn't go through with this yet. (Or you're happy if you did!) But haven't you seen all the people's questions on here displeased with the results of implants? They seem like a terrible solution. There are at least many significant risks.

Could it be possible you have a problem that increasing penile sensitivity could solve? Because there actually are some relatively simple ways to increase penile sensitivity.
