| | can't maintain erection
I have had a problem with maintaining an erection during sex for quite some time. I usually don't have any trouble getting hard for initial penetration, but after a little while (usually 10 minutes) I lose my erection during sex, thus not achieving orgasm. This has happened more in the past month or so, but have had some trouble with it it for a number of years now. I am married now and have been with my wife for almost a year, but I have had this same problem with other partners I have had over the years. I am 33 years old and sex is a very important part of my life. I have taken viagra before and that does seem to help. Usually, it takes me 20 minutes or more (it has taken up to an hour before)of very hard and fast paced sex to reach an orgasm if I can keep an erection that long. Wish I knew if it was a mental thing or if there is something physically wrong with me. I am attracted to my wife and it's not because I lose interest, it just goes limp for no apparent reason and that leaves me feeling bad and has made my wife worry about my attraction to her when it first happened. She has been very supportive of me but I know it's got to be tough for her dealing with this. Anyone else have this same problem and know what to do about this?
Thanks in advance
