I know, this question has been asked so many times in so many diffrent ways but I have to ask, and please don't start posting links for me to go look at, ok here we go

I am a white, seventeen years old and I was wondering my penis is 6inches long and 4 and a half inches around, is this normal, or small

I would say that 6 inches is normal and being that you are 17, you may grow some more.

You are bit longer than average and a bit smaller than average in girth. Overall, you have a great size with the potential to grow a little bit more.
