any guys tried them for extended periods of time...and seen effects?

i'm not as much worried making it bigger (although i have tried some of the things they suggest) as i am about making it last longer.
it's pretty much strengthening your PC valve so that you can control when you ejaculate.
anyone w/ personal experiences?
