| Weird symptoms.....please help.
Ok, Im a 22 year old guy. For the last month Ive had something weird down there. It started out with 2 but now I have like 10 of these:
Red colored, pimple looking things. Almost growths(?) of some sort. They look *exactly* like pimples but they are NOT. They cant be "popped". They only bleed when I pick them. The only place I have them is the groin - NONE on my penis or scrotum. Just where the hair is. And NO they are not shaving bumps or anything. I havent shaved for a while to see if it would go away. They are actually bigger (both heighth and width) than shaving bumps or pimples.
They have gotten worse and today actually itched for a while. When you look down there, it looks like some kind of weird breakout.
Whats weird is my girlfriend has NONE of the stuff I have.
Could this be an STD? My g/f and I have been together 7+ months and we have not done ANYTHING with anyone else. She has no signs at all.
