Question Good Sex?
Does anyone have a general list, about the good stuff sex does for you. Like isn't it supposed to make your hair shiney'er, clear your pores, burn calories.. stuff like that.

i never heard of sex making your hair shiny or cleaning your pores, but the part about burning calories is partly correct and proven. Its just like any other exercise really. and that's not a bad thing.

Flushing out the prostate keeps it healthy.

It's been also shown that orgasms in women release chemicals that reduce depression.
