I consulted a doctor about E.D
He advised me to
Massage the Mustard Oil on the penis to cure Erectile Dysfunction
He is very confident about his suggestion
he told me the method of massage as follows,
Put a few drops of Mustard Oil on the penis and take penis in front tips of your ten fingers and rub the oil very forcefuly on the penis .
My question to you is ????
1. will Mustard Oil Work
2. Forcefull rubs will effect penis possitively or it will damage the Penis nurves to give negative results ????

First, where in the world are you?
Did your doctor find the cause of your ED? Is it physical or psychological? I'm not a doctor, but I've done a lot of reading about ED trying to find a way to deal with mine. Based on that, I PERSONALLY don't think the mustard oil will work if your problem is a physical one. But, it can't hurt to give it a try! Be VERY careful with the rubbing. It should NOT hurt. If it does, you are rubbing too hard. Apply the oil, rub it in and think sexual thoughts. The mustard oil will probably give you a warm sensation that, combined with the rubbing(stroking) and sexual thoughts, might produce an erection. Just lay back, relax, and see what happens. Don't stare at it, trying to will it erect. Just keep rubbing it and see. It might take more than one attempt. Don't do it when you are stressed or tired. You have nothing to lose by trying it.

My problem is not psychological its physical .
I am not at zero level of erection , i still have sufficient erections
But i want to regain my steel like penis that i have lost in last 5 years bacause of masturbation.
I am doing masage as instructions for a week .
what problem can produce hard rubs .
(I also have a large search about it.)

I am from Pakistan . My religion (Islam) and culture does not alow me to have sex with a girl so am to masturbate .I can make sex with a girl but i don't want to have extramarital sex.
My age is 23 and I am still virgine.
As i am only masturbating so it is only the cause of ed.

Thank you for the information. It is generally accepted by doctors in the Western Hemisphere and in Europe that masturbation does NOT cause ED. ED can be caused by some medical problems and by many medications. Western doctors often put their patients through various tests to try and find the medical reason for the ED. Things like high blood pressure, kidney problems, heart problems can cause ED. Sometimes the pills we take to help these conditions cause ED. My high blood pressure pills caused mine. Doctors will try different pills to see if it helps. Nowadays doctors will just give you the best medication for the condition and then give you an ED medication (Viagra, Levitra, Cialis) to go with it. There are many generic versions on these drugs and many of them are produced in India. The most common generic name is Kamagra. If your doctor is sure that there are no other medical conditions in you that he can treat, ask him for a prescription. You can also go online, using google, and find plenty of online pharmacies that will ship it to you. I have no idea what the state of your health care industry is or how available these medications are to you. I don't know if you can find a doctor trained in the western world that might have a more non-judgemental view of your problem.

Let's make sure we are talking about the same thing that we are calling ED. Are you having trouble getting your penis hard or are you having trouble having an orgasm?
Frequent masturbation can reduce the sensitivity of the penis. I suppose if you aren't getting pleasureable stimulation from masturbating that it may cause you to not be as firm. Maybe that's what the mustard oil/rubbing exercise is about - regaining sensitivity by increasing surface bloodflow. This might stimulate the nerve endings. Hmm. Interesting.
It sounds like your doctor is trying to find a way to increase the sensitivity of your penis. I'm not sure that I have ANY ideas there.
When you masturbate do you use any lubrication? Vigorous dry stroking of the penis could cause something similar to callouses to form and that definitely reduces sensitivity, so you have to stroke harder and faster and that makes the problem worse. Understand?
My ED is caused by my high blood pressure medication. I take Cialis to correct it.
One last question. Under Islam is it okay to masturbate rather than just not? I guess I'm asking if you feel any guilt about it?

MY islam does not stop us to masturbate but doing sex with another female , male or animal is strictly prohibited
It is difficult for me to get a harder erection , Now I am unable to get an erection as hard as 5 Years ago.
Whenever I mastudbate I feel Much Pleasure .
How can i Know that MY penis has lost sensitivity .I never think about this aspect.Mostly I do not use a lubricant ...
I do not know is my erections enough for intercourse or not because i have never had sex with a girl , How can i know about it .

Since I can't see how hard it is I can't judge. Do you have to stroke really fast or squeeze really hard to orgasm?
What kind of doctor are you seeing? I think you need to see a type of specialist called a urologist.
