I am not sure if she would want to be giving you oral sex while she is sick, and I hope you are showing some self control by not trying to make her do it! I think you should be trying to comfort her, the sick one, not have her comfort you, the one who is well.
But, if she is willing, I don't think you have anything to be worried about by her giving you oral sex. Of course, simply being near her can put you at risk, so the usual advice applies: wash your hands, no coming into contact with the mucous, etc. You might catch her cold, but it won't be a cold in your penis.
