Please use lower case. Upper case indicats shouting at the readers.
Get your red blood cell count (RBC) & hemocrit tested. You may have too many red blood cells causing thick blood which can case head & muscle aches.
Check your blood pressure.
If you give blood to the Red Cross thy will check you blood pressure. If it takes more than 10 minutes to donate a pint of blood you probably have too many red blood cells. This is all free to you.
Then, if the blood is slow to drain out, you can go to a docytor to get it checked.
