What is the way to deal with sexual frustration?

I'm new on the forums, but my point here is two-fold.

First, my sex drive seems to have increased over the past few months. It was average before, but now it seems I cannot go a day without feeling horny. Because of my heightened sex drive, I am starting to feel more sexually frustrated, and really need an outlet to..well satisfy the urge, if you get my meaning.

My second point is how should I go about relieving sexual frustration? Should i go to the gym and exercise? But i fear if i do this, i may see an attractive woman in sportswear and it would come to a head again. Should i try and keep my mind occupied with other things? Or should I just find a partner/friends with benefits so i can relieve this thing with her?

Now, I don't know many women in my area, and those i do know are committed in relationships. so getting closer to them is not feasible.

If I could just find a woman, get to know her, become closer and agree to have sex, this would be great, but i don't know how to go about this.

What should I do?

Thanks in advance!
