Because it's somewhat of an awkward position. She is tilting her body in a way that makes it further for your penis to travel to be inside her... does that make sense? It's possible she's leaning back too far and your penis simply isn't long enough to stay in. That's not to say you have a "small/short" penis, but it happens to most everyone in certain positions.

The position in your title and the one in your question are not the same, so I'm not sure which one you're having problems with.
But I'll answer anyway. In the missionary position (you on top) you have more control of how far you withdraw your penis every time. And I assume you know how far to go before falling out. When she's on top, she's more in control and obviously doesn't have the same instinct for stopping before she gets too far away. It's an awkward position if she's leaving back and creating extra pressure and she probably can't feel it's about to happen. Don't let her get so far away. That's all.

thanks guys. Yeah I didnt quite have a chance to write my question properly. You see I don't tend to have that problem with my penis falling out all the time when I'm on top. It has happend a couple of times of course but its usually because I've drunk abit to much "we drink every time we see each other" and my penis is slightly softer or there isn't enough blood flowing to it. Usually when she is on top everythings fine. But when i want her to lean back " sit up straight" it tends to fall out quite often. My penis is between 6.6inch to 7inch so i don't think that is my problem. I often thrust alot wen shes on top but when she does lean back she only seems to do that straddle thing? (When its like she ridding me)and it falls out, I re-insert it feels softer. Do you think this could actually be a case of too-much-boozing?

I definitely think it could be because of your drinking. If you are always drunk when you're with her, you're not "reaching your full potential". You said yourself that you are kind of soft, so that probably has a lot to do with it. So I see 2 options... quit drinking, or come up with different positions where this doesn't happen. But my guess is that it wouldn't happen, or at least not as often, if you were fully erect.

thanks very much I kinda thot that..it just annoys me because I can see the frustration n her face..some times it happends wen im not drunk but because we tend to over do it and it isnt quite a "bonner". when i does slip out it "flops" out rather than wacks out "if u get me coz its not as hard" but then again...wot I should really be doing is praticing without drink and communicating with her to see how comfy it is for me and her
