Trouble Getting Errection - Sexual Health - General Message Board

Hi All,
I haven't had a problem until last week. I have been under alot of stress and was REALLY stressed last week when my girlfriend came over. We had planned a night of romance and I was just finishing up some work. I noticed that I was having troble getting an errection and didn't think much about it until it got worse that evening in bed. We had GREAT sex but I could not get a full errction. That was 3 days ago and I'm still having a problem. WHAT CAN I DO? IS THIS NORMAL UNDER STRESS?

Totally normal and most likely related to the stress. Heres one other thing to think about...our two heads are VERY connected. Usually what that means is that once this happens, we begin to worry and fret and that makes it worse. This is probably what is going on and the more you worry or think about it happening again, the more likely it is that it will happens. I'd say the next time try to forget that you even have a penis, focus on your g/f and taking care of her...I'd be willing to be that you get yours as well! Good luck

yes,

stress is directly related to errection, after emerging from my first long term relationship I had a couple of awful incidents involving one night stands that didnt work.

But i was so stressed out about being with someone new that it effected my performance.

Be well rested and relaxed, comfortable and let the urge come to you.
