Post Shagging...

Just one quick question for the guys out there, and a quick one for the girls (ooh, matron) as well.

Once I'm done after sex, I really feel so tired and don't particularly have the energy to try another time, even though I've heard friends talking about doing it 7 or 8 times in one night... I realise that the could (in fact, probably ARE) exaggerating, but I'm still 20 and feel like I should be able to do it more frequently in one session. I very much doubt that there's any problem, but do any of you other guys out there feel the same way? If so, have you done anything about it? I've heard that greater levels of zinc and green vegetables can increase your sex drive, so is this the answer?

And now one for the girls... Does it matter to you how many times a guy can (or wants to) perform in one session? Would you rather several smaller bursts, or one that goes on for longer?

Cheers for any of you who are good enough to reply...

Hey!
I don't think it really matters how many times either of you get off. As long as you enjoy yourself, you're doing it right!

I am a woman.

Quality over Quantity. Really...

If you are concerned about being a dud after sex, go with the flattery, hugs and kisses. They are ace!

Definately quality over quanity. But once you got the quality you might want a little more of it. That just depends on the two of you. Being physically in shape helps. I'm not saying be a muscleman but train for endurance. When you lift or run do so for endurance. During sex when you take things slow, the experience lasts longer. Eat healthy. After you have sex. Work up to the next time. Your body has to recover so give it a little bit of time. In the nmeanwhile keep yourselves busy in the total affection aspect of the relationships. After the two of you are ready, there will be nothing to hold you back. Remember pace.
