I need some help in meeting women. Im a good looking guy with a great personality. The problem is i never meet any girls anymore. Im getting a bit older and the bar is not my scene anymore. I dont have the oppurtunity to meet any women at work. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to meet someone? oh yeah im kinda shy.

Bob,
I think a great way to meet people is through community groups and classes. Sign up for something that interests you...that is a good start. Then you have something in common, because you are interested in the same thing.
Sometimes true love happens when you least expect it.
Or maybe you could try one of those dating services???

Kadree's right...as unromantic as community education classes or night school may be-you might meet an ideal date there. Even if you don't-at least you'll have something in common with the people you meet and you could make some great friends.

You could try a dating service, or go out with a bunch of friends and their friends and you might just meet someone you really hit it off with.

hello there ~
have you ever tried meeting someone on the net? i know some think it merans your desprate but i really doesnt at all. i met a man on here on yahoo and it wasnt a personal sopmething kinda like this board we lived 4 hours away we recently got married and have a new baby and hes adopting my son. neither 1 of us are desperate or weird. it worked out great. try it..

I suggest talking to your friends, let them know you are interested in dating- see if they have anyone in mind. Even if you end up going on a few blind dates that don't work out, its a great way to make new friends. Also, if the women you date through friends might notice that things aren't really clicking between the two of you, they might have a friend that seems compatible....it all turns into a sort of network.
