No! This is completely false, just another stupid myth perpetuated by people who are unwilling to take precautions. It is 100% physically impossible to become pregnant through swallowing semen - FACT. However, STI's can be transmitted orally. It's not as if they even have to reach your stomach to take effect, as you seem to be suggesting. Think about herpes, for example. This can easily be transmitted orally. Indeed, if you have an open sore in your mouth when giving a blow job, it's even possible to contract HIV or certain forms of hepatitis. Of course, the person you're with would already have to be carrying them, so if you're in any doubt, check it out. Get yourselves tested at your local genito-urinary/STI/Aids clinic.
A dental dam is a thin sheet of plastic that is placed over the vaginal opening for use when a man preforms oral sex on a women. It prevents the spread of infections.
Dental Dams are like condoms except they ar a square piece of latex that one uses when doing oral on a girl/woman.
