I have only been able to get off orally and it always takes at least 20 min. My bf seems to get tired and if he can't do it he gets frustrated. If anyone has any suggestions or anything at all it would be greatly appreciated.

Perhaps what your bf should do is spend a bit of time (or a bit more time) using his hand first and then when you're closer, move on to oral. If it works, you also might eventually find you can climax with his hand. If not, you can at least work towards reducing the amount of time he has to spend doing oral. If you figure it takes 20 minutes, maybe he should spend 10 with his hand and then give it a go. Also, if you masturbate using your hand, you should be able to give him pointers.

I use to use a vibrator. I stopped a while ago for that reason. But still takes just as long.
