It's possible that her MS is influencing her ability to have an orgasm -- this is a topic you guys need to discuss on your own, between the two of you.
I'm no expert but I've heard from couples with varying degrees of paralysis (all the way up to quadraplegic) and the like that sex becomes less of a performance-thing and more of an intimacy-thing after you lose some (or all) of your sexual abilities.
It's possible that your wife wishes she could reciprocate better, it's possible that she's worried about whether you find her attractive when she's ill, it's possible she could be worrying that her sex life will suffer, it's possible she could be in pain (MS does some crazy things, as I'm sure you know,) and it could be possible she doesn't want full all-out sex. This is something that's going to need communication to solve -- but I highly doubt it has to do with you not being able to last long enough.
