I am a man 30 years old, married.
my problem is when ever I start to make love to my wife either she doesn't like to do it or she prefers at some different time. The second problem is most of the times that we start doing it either she doesn't get the orgasm or I don't feel that she reaches there and I feel responsible about that ( FYI my wife is sick with MS (multiple sclerosis)) has this illness anything to do with my 2 problem??? is there anything that we can do for that like certain medication or something Also is there anything for a man to last longer !!!

It's possible that her MS is influencing her ability to have an orgasm -- this is a topic you guys need to discuss on your own, between the two of you.

I'm no expert but I've heard from couples with varying degrees of paralysis (all the way up to quadraplegic) and the like that sex becomes less of a performance-thing and more of an intimacy-thing after you lose some (or all) of your sexual abilities.

It's possible that your wife wishes she could reciprocate better, it's possible that she's worried about whether you find her attractive when she's ill, it's possible she could be worrying that her sex life will suffer, it's possible she could be in pain (MS does some crazy things, as I'm sure you know,) and it could be possible she doesn't want full all-out sex. This is something that's going to need communication to solve -- but I highly doubt it has to do with you not being able to last long enough.

Regardless of her MS the first thing you need to realize is that many aka most women do not orgasm from intercourse alone. Many need extra clitoral stimulation at the same time. Also there is a product for women called avlimil that you can buy without a prescription. You can research this online. As for making a man last longer my best suggestion would be to try a cock ring if you haven't tried one. You do need to discuss the orgasm issues with your wife though as every woman is different. As for the two of you not always wanting sex at the same time there may be a way to compromise on this one. Have you considered stroking yourself to orgasm but let her help by playing erotically with your body while you do this? Also depending on what medications your wife is taking to help control her MS symptoms some may have the side effect of decreased sex drive.
