Post How Do I Tell?

Hey All --

I have a girlfriend who i love very much... but there's one thing about her that is truely turning me off right now.
She has this very distinctive vaginal odor, and it smells EXACTLY like body odor. ( BO... )
Its pretty strong, and i find it very offensive.. at first i just tried to ignore it but now it just turns me off right away. Its way too strong....

How do i bring it up without making her feel bad or self-consious? ( even though i know the latter is uninevitable )...

And then has anyone had experience with this and had it clear up?

This situation might make our sex life pretty terrible because it really makes me feel like not partaking in it.

Thanks

Drew

Perhaps try to shower or bathe with her, it's a very romantic way to innocuously clean her up down-there.

After the shower, revel in her cleanliness, lavish compliments upon her about how she smells so good, especially 'down there'. (Only do this if the shower worked well ) Hopefully this will encourage her to keep her personal hygiene a little more stringent. Lather, rinse, repeat. As in, if she doesn't get it on the first try, and later on still smells bad, don't lavish attention on her 'unit' until after she's cleaned. She'll figure it out eventually.

Otherwise, like, if washing doesn't clean the smell out, that would be time to have a serious and frank talk with her about it, because it could be something affecting her reproductive health. If she takes offense to you worrying about her health, seriously consider whether you want to date someone who doesn't trust your intentions.

Well wrin pretty much mentioned what I was going to say.
It may just be a hygiene problem. I'd also suggest showing or bathing together. Give her a lot of attention, and focus on cleaning and pleasuring at the same time. Maybe if you're tlking to her softly while lavishing her, whisper something such as, "You taste so wonderful etc" after washing her. Hopefully that will help boost her self esteem, and make her want to keep that area extra clean so she can not only get more of that same attention, but also to keep you enjoying it. As was stated prior, if a good washing still doesn't solve your problem, you may want to suggest she see a doctor. I know, it will always be embarassing, but it shows you care. Let her know that you're concerned(if this is a problem) and want to be sure that she is healthy There's really no light way to bring something of that nature up, unfortunately.

Put yourself in this position, how would you like some one to handle it if you were the problem. Many times the blunt truth does miracles.
