Ive looked and found nothing similar to my problem here in the boards . Been marred a while 10 years this year , and everytime we have sex , im only good for one orgasm and im done ( I know , your thinking "Typical guy). Dont get me wrong , it's not like im a minute man or anything , as at times it can last an hour or more or less . Again my problem is after i have climaxed , its like a limp noodle , and I know its mind over matter because ive had round two several times . I know my wife thinks im selfish but im honestly not trying to be. Is there anything you can suggest that would help me for round 2 or 3 or so on and so on ? Thanks for any help you can give !

My bf, who is 25 years old, usually only goes once a day. Some people just don't have it in them. Have you always been like that?

You can always pleasure your wife in other ways after sex if she is not fully satisfied. The other night my bf had to "finger" me because I didn't orgasm. It was fine with me since at least he tried...and I came. Just a thought.

Not all guys go multiple rounds. Why would your wife think you are being selfish? Is the second round supposed to be for you or for her?
I'm just trying to imagine why she would care if you could go a second time or not.

The interaction between you and your wife...is it just standard sex? Or, do either of you try different ways to spice things up? It may be that the two of you are so familiar with each other that you have slipped into a routine. When this occurs, many times imagination is tossed out the window and the act of sex is just that...a physical act. Do either of you use your imagination and put together a sensuous seduction scene...complete with the right lighting, music, and props?

What really turns you on? Is it a women laid out on the bed in a skimpy piece of lingerie? Do you still fantasize about activities that are not the normal routine of you and your wife?

My partner and I found ourselves in that rut that is spawned by familiarity. Our imaginations were checked at the door when we went into the bedroom and neither of us was happy with the outcome. Now, we seek to find ways to entice each other. Luckily for him, I need very little...if any...encouragement for a repeat performance. He, on the other hand, needs encouragement. He thrives on the seduction. It can be something as simple as me entering the room in a new teddy that compliments my figure. Or, it can be as erotic as him waking up with me beneath the covers paying loving attention to his ummm...welll....you get the picture.

Since both you and your wife are feeling the same regarding your present situation, you have an excellent chance at communicating effectively and finding a way to increase the frequency. If both of you are willing to stray from the familiar and let your imaginations back into the bedroom your chances of success will improve.
