Working out and testosterone + hair?
I have noticed since i have been working out that my body has been getting harrier all over like my chest and face, and i was wondering when i work out does my body produce more male hormones that is causing this hair growth cuz i know it is not puberty i am a hairless guy sorta but now since owrking out i got more.
now here is the big thing i got hurt so i quit for 3 months and i noticed hair growth seriously slow and stop, then 4 months ago i started working out and then there was the hair again growing on my chest and my face fuller again, so how can it beonly when i work out hair comes out like that? wow???
here is easier way what im talking about:
use to be shaving every day when working out the first time..
then stoped working out, less shaving maybe every 2-3 days - no to very little chess hair growth..
working out again 3 months ago, and now im sahving every day and my chest and stomach is fully hairy now almost..
could this be my body type that when i work out this happens or what is going on you think?
also-- i read another topic where these poeple were trying to grow hair or asking is there a way, and i want to say maybe if you work out a lot you will produce more hormones but i duno if that is true?
