Ok, well i'm uncircumsized and I have always sorta had this smell with me ever since i can remeber but when my Foreskin is pulled back and i get close i can smell a kinda foul odor. i have heard from people that it may be a infection...But i dunno since some people tell me that it just smegma (which someone told me was good for you) so what do you guys think?

Sounds like smegma, common for us uncut guys. You should retract your foreskin everyday and clean under there with soap and water. This should take care of it, although if you produce alot of smegma you may need to wash a couple of times each day. Nothing to worry about, smegma is a naturally occuring lubricant that we all have.

Lance I agree mostly except about the soap. Lots of guys get problems from soap that can actually start infections. Just plain water is what is mostly recommended. If you can use soap that's fine but if irritation develops you may need a cream from the doctor to fix things before you can function normally using just water. There were posts about this from a young guy on one of the other forums recently. He was using soap to try and get rid of the smell while all the time it was making it worse.

i saw on a tv show.

ya it was like porn tv show sex tips of ALL kinds. it was a great show, i had it on AVi on comp

anyway this video said just dip a q-tip with water and wash around the area every time after you pee or whenever.

I have the same problem with my BF, he's also uncircumsized, and I hate that... Only because of that smell, and I do make him take shower ALWAYS before sex, and BJ <---- especially.
