If you're allergic to condoms, you're most likely allergic to latex. Most often the best way to find out if you are infact allergic to them is to tape a piece of a latex condom to your arm, and if a reaction develops then you'll want to consider going to see a doctor about it. Latex reactions are very rare.
But if you're using a condom and you develop a rash, then it's possible you have had a reaction from either the latex, or if it is a condoms with spermicide on it, that's also a possibility. Sometimes you can also have a rash from not using enough lube during sex. So if you are deveolping a rash after you have sex with a condom, first try and use condoms without spermicide on it, and if that isn't the problem, try taping the piece of latex on your arm, and if you get a rash from that, go and see a doctor.
