I am 18 and circumcised. ¼ of an inch below the penis head I have a horizontal(the shaft being vertical) Vein like thing that is about 1 inch long with what seems to be something like a knot at the end (or start) of it. I can move this what I think to be vein around a little and can feel it when flaccid or erect. The whole “vein” for the whole inch is very hard and not squishy at all. It usually only hurts when there is friction over the area(masterbation the most but not so much sex) above it but usually it just slightly aches or tingles. When it first started about two weeks ago my penis was slightly swollen on the side of knot but isn’t really swollen anymore. When erect and the skin becomes tight you can see where it runs and the knot like thing at the end and it become more sensitive due to the tightning. Hasn’t got any worse in the last two weeks but hasn’t got better either.
What does this sound like? Possible I wounded it during a sexual act and hurt a vein? If so, how long may this take to heal?
