My scrotum is small in size and shriveled up. I have good size in my erected penis (7 inches), yet my scrotum is tight to my underneath; it does not hang down, nor is it plump in size. I've noticed that porn stars have large scrotums that are the size of a small fist. Their scrotums hang down. Yet, when I'm erect my scrotum remains tight to the surrounding flesh, with my testicles pulled up inside of me. My testicles do not hang down when I'm erect. I'm not concerned about the appearance that this condition gives me, I'm just concerned that it may be affecting my abilitity to get and maintain an erection. I wonder if a small scrotum would affect the blood flow to my penis and affect my overall sexual performance. Is my condition unusual and, if so, what can be done to remedy it? And, what is the cause of it? Why doesn't my bag plump up and hand down? Any of you guys have this conditon?
