Sneezing Pain - Sexual Health - Men Message Board

Sometimes (not always) when I sneeze I get these really sharp pain, almost feels like something is being pulled/stretched to the point where it hurts, behind my scrotum, towards the anus. I believe the area is called the grundle, taint, etc.. Any comments? Regular sex life and no problems w/ erections or anything. I can't remember when I started getting them, but I do have a cyst in my scrotum, which shouldn't affect anything (i saw a urologist about it)

I get this sometimes. From observation it's when I need to go to the toilet very badly, and have been holding for a long time. You know how you "squeeze" your muscles below to keep your little one from wetting your pants? That action exerts force around that region and that's how I get the pain. From observation, that is.
