On average, how much should you ejaculate? I read it varies per person, I also read its about an tablespoon on average..

Sometimes if I'm not THAT horny or whatever, not htat much comes out... but if I'm like crazy horny a fair bit does... What's normal? What's not?

I read, and this is a rather tenuous link so don't treat it as gospel, that 10cc, the band that did Dreadlock Holiday, named themselves after the average ejaculation volume (ie 10 cubic centimeters)

Though I'm not sure if this is at all true and I've not measured my own (can anybody enlighten us?)

I've read in numerous places that about 5ml. is the "average". But from personal experience mine varies by a large degree depending on how long it's been since the last time, and expecially how long I've been near the edge before ejaculating. I probably vary from around 2ml. to 10ml ish.

Average is approximately 0.5 to 1 TEAspoons, not TABLEspoon (people always get that mixed up, and it's a big difference). This works out to about 2-5 mL, with a true average of 3.5 mL (a little more than half a teaspoon). So, not that much overall.

Also, a lot of people over-estimate how much they ejaculate if they don't measure it. A teaspoon of semen can look like a lot when laying on your belly or squirted on a table or whatever. Measure it though, and you'll find very few people can ejaculate more than 1-2 teaspoons.

The amount of semen produced with each ejaculation varies. Probably the most significant differences in the volume of ejaculate comes from how long you abstain between ejaculations.

Men produce their highest sperm counts after 48-72 hours of abstinence. If you were to masturbate repeatedly each successive ejaculation would result in less semen being produced. If you wait longer between ejaculations and also have longer periods of arousal before you ejaculate you will tend to ejaculate more semen. How much, varies between men. A teaspoon (not a tablespoon) full seems to be what most books tell you.
