To say that the size of my penis is normal I believe is wrong. At the age of 22, my penis size has never changed and I would like to say taht no I am not exaggerating. For as long as I can remember, my size has always remained the same, meaning that yes my penis is the size that it was when I was like 5 and no, I'm not exaggerating.
I'm not sure what has happened, what went wrong. It's like as I grew older, the only part of me that didn't grow was the size. It's an embarassing factor for me. To begin with it's not even an inch, it might be close but not quick an inch. The diameter of it is about the same, I'm guessing it might be an inch round, if that even. It's very small in every way possible.
Yes, I'm overweight but I cannot see my weight causing it to be as small as it is. I am confident to say that I have the smallest penis ever than anyone else who is 22 years old.
I've never had sex, I don't get into relationships because of it. It really is a downfall to me. When I say that my penis is exactly what you would find on an infant, I'm not exaggerating.
The only time it's even close to being big is when I'm fully erect, even still it's very thin in diameter - probably only an inch in diameter. When hard I might hit the 3-4" mark.

In some cases, men have what are called "micro-penises" -- a condition where the penis is not fully protracted from the body during growth. This can be altered somewhat with surgery, pushing out the ligaments that make up your penis. In fact, such conditions are more ideal for enlargement over an 'average' male because more of the penis is within the cavity. You may want to look into that with your physician or urologist (they will refer you to a cosmetic surgeon if it is ideal for your situation). However, I am pretty certain that you can please a lady beyond her wildest imagination with amazing oral techniques. Truth be told, most ladies do not orgasm during penetration no matter your penis size. It is the motion, the mood, and the tongue that do the rocking.
Though some may be shallow, most ladies will love you for you; that is all that matters. She can look beyond most male quirks (e.g. baldness, height, weight, hair color, skin color, religion, number of testicles, missing ligaments, etc.) if she is emotionally tied to you. This should not stop you from enjoying the companion of the opposite sex.
I would also like to add that your current erect size is adequate enough to have sex with, and with the right positions and technique, to please a woman with. You're only about an inch shorter than the low end of average erect length, and only half an inch less in average diameter.
Had you gone to a urologist when you were younger, something might have been possible via hormone therapy. It is probably too late for that now, though I would strongly advise you to consult a urologist for advice.
While a number of women will reject you due to your small size, a number of others will not provided you are otherwise a great person and have great oral and manual skills. Unfortunately, to get those skills, you need to date and have sex. My suggestion is to try to date women and if it looks like things are working out with one, prior to attempting sex, tell her that you have a somewhat small penis and that you have been scared to get sexually involved with someone because you are afraid of ridicule. Tell her you want to please her but you haven't learned how, and that if things do go farther between the two of you, would she please help you learn? Many woman want to naturally comfort someone who is down and is asking for help, so this plea might reap dividends. If you do have sex with her, she won't be surprised at your size and she will understand if your technique is not good. She will help you learn and I think she will enjoy doing so.
So, don't let a small penis ruin your life. Get out there and try. You may meet some cruel women, but you will meet some great ones, too.

I saw a show on HBO a few years ago, I believe it was called Private Dicks. Anyway, the show was about the male penis and it different men talking about there size. One elderly man said he had a micro penis, he had a fully erect penis size of less than an inch. he said he had numerous sexual encounters with women growing up, but not one woman complained about his size. He just made sure she never actually saw his penis.
A womans vagina accomadates to your size, whether big or small. And if she feels the pleasure where your penis is, not all the way inside. If you know how to use your hands and mouth your size isn't going to be a problem to someone who cares about you.
Don't worry bout your size if you are 4 in when erect then you have enough size...most mens penis is just a inch /2 inch when limb...them porno guys that have the big thick curved 10 ...12 inch penis they have to be taking drugs for them to be that big....they are ugly and if I was a women they would scrare the heck out of meeee!....4-5-6-7 inches is the average penis size and beside if you get really really aroused you might get it up to 5 inches?......
I had a boyfriend with a micro penis and we had a very satisfying sex life! Really and truly I didn't feel like I missed out on a thing. It was no big deal to me. When I first saw the size, I was surprised but it turned out to be no big deal.... and by your description he was smaller than you. I think erect he was only 2 or so inches.
