I usually do it dry too, and as long as I don't go to long (maybe up to 15 min.) I don't have any problems. However, if I'm going to have a lengthy session I prefer to use plenty of lube.

I've never much liked using lube. The orgasms are too intense with lube. It's hard to describe but they are almost painful so I have to stop. This ends up being not as satisfying. By contrast during the actual stroking I get a sort of deadening sensation with lube.
Just using what loose skin I have I can power through the orgasm and it feels better. I am lucky enough to have just enough skin left to get over the very rim of the glans, if I hold it just the right way. It's almost impossible for my partner to masturbate me satisfactorily though. I guess I'm luckier than most other cut guys but wish I could enjoy the benefits of masturbating with an intact foreskin.
Ya is that bad to Beat it w/o lube, like you can grab yourself and move the outer skin over the penis and masturbate. Is that bad tho? like will it create extra skin? and how about having sex, if you have the loose skin, thats no good right?

Scooterman - I'm the same way. I have just enough loose skin to be able to masturbate w/o lube. Lube makes it easier, mind you, and like another poster said, more intense, but its messy, and doesn't lend itself to "spur-of-the-moment" fun, if ya know what I mean. Enjoy the fact that you can do this, as there are a lot of tight-cut guys out there that shudder at the thought of masturbatiob w/o lube. Too painful for the tight-cut guys.
