What is considered as Over-Masturbation??

[deleted]

According to the site above, masturbation harms the brain in a way if done too frequent.

But what is too frequent??

Is once a day considered as too frequent??

I don't think it's interfering with my time but i'm wondering if this is the reason why i feel not as smart as i was.

Anyway, i'm having trouble in believing which side of the debate.

Some people say it's healthy and it's has no side effects but on the other hand there are some thst say the opposite.

Both side of the arugement has no reliable proof which is why i'm having trouble to believe which side.

It's sorta make sense that indulgence always comes at price. So would that mean masturbation will cost your health. Although side effects aren't immediately apparent but probably will when you're older.

In my opinion, it is only "too frequently" if it interferes with your life and prevents you from doing things that you would normally do such as going to school or studying when you need to.

The only way it can harm your brain is if you are masturbating so much that you don't have time to do homework or study for a test.

Over masterbation... A friend of mine told me that it causes chemical imbalances, by what means he didn't say but to over masterbate means when you get headaches and like already said it interferes with your life. I say don't masterbate more than twice a day, I can handle more and I am sure you can to but it's sufficient.

Re: What is considered as Over-Masturbation??

Hey bud, your body will tell you when enough is enough or you've "over masturbated" and caused some problem. I was a once a day masturbator for years and never had a problem, some guys (particularly in their teens/young adult years) will masturbate several times a day, just part of the deal. Masturbation does not effect intelligence or memory or cause any medical or physical problems...in fact it may help reduce stress or anxiety. If masturbation becomes such a habit that it interferes with school, work, study time or social activities...then and only then is it a problem. I've been masturbating for more than 30 years, take it from a pro, don't worry about it man, it isn't worth your time to get into too much debating about it!
