I had something happen the other night that hasn't happened before and I just wanted to get some other people's comments and/or suggestions on it.

I was with my girlfriend and we were making out a lot and there was a lot of foreplay going on. When we were ready for intercourse, I was not hard.

I never got hard and we ended up going to sleep pretty frustrated. This has never happened to me before and I'm a little confused. We had sex the previous night a couple times and even earlier that day so I know everything works down there so I don't understand why this happened. She says it's OK, but it is really bothering me.

Any thoughts/comments/suggestions would be great.

Hey man, that would bother any of us. Did you try a bit of man power to help it achieve an erection or did you not want to do that? The good thing is that you know it works, and did for you that day. Who knows why those things happen but they do...to most of us at one time or another. Yes, it is totally frustrating and freaks us out. The challenge is not to let it worry you to the point that it makes you more nervous. Chalk it up as just not the time and go for it again. Worrying or being nervous about it happening again is only going to make this worse! Hope this helps, keep in touch!

First off, like Lance2 said, don't worry about it. The more you stress about it, the worse it might make it. The fact that you had sex earlier in the day could have been the cause. Maybe you were just too tired physically.

Second, why did both of you go to sleep frustrated? Just because you couldn't maintain an erection for intercourse doesn't mean she couldn't be satisfied in other ways. Just a thought.
