What is this?: Tiny movable kernel-like ball under penis skin since i can remember - Sexual Health - Men Message Board

For as long as I can remember, I've had this very small little movable lump within a certain range inside my penis right underneath the skin (I am circumcised). It is not painful or anything It has just been there for most of my life, and I have seem to overlook it as nothing. I would appreciate any info you can give me. I know I should see a doctor, but I do not have any insurance and I wouldn't even know where to begin! Any help would be appreciated!!

I was just wondering what was it. You said you had an appointment, what did the doctor say it was? I have the same thing but it was a recent development. I hope it isn't anything serious.
