Question retractile testicle

I have a problem with one of my testicles (right one) sometimes going inside of my during sex/masturbation or a couple of times during excercise. It usually happens when my legs are spread and i am on my back or if my testicles are being touched during sex. It sorta slides up and over and out of my scrotum. I can push it back, but it is kind of scary and a lot embarrising. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do about it? I am 30 by the way.
