Low Amounts of ejaculatory fluid in semen... solutions? cures? - Sexual Health - Men Message Board

I think I've determined that I am not producing enough ejaculatory fluid. My semen is never as white and milky as it used to be. And, I get this little jelly blobs too (sperm, i believe).

Besides being gross to look at, is this a problem? How can I resolve this?

Are you getting enough zinc in your diet? I have heard that zinc increases the amount of fluid.

Hey bud, your ejaculations are going to be different from one to the next. It does depend some on diet (increasing water intake will increase volume) but it also depends on how many ejaculations you have in a certain time period. If you're a daily masturbator or have lots of sexual things going on...then each one will probalby be sorta small in amount. The color does'nt have anything really to do with it...and that yellowish clumpy or jelly-like stuff is sperm in your ejaculation.

So I really don't have anything to worry about? It's just weird to have it not white and milky... its been this way for a week or two.
