I have these wierd pimple like lumps in my pubic region. I havn't fussed much about it because it not down in my groin region. The lumps are at the top of the pubic region where my pant buckle is. I have not had any rashes. I am taking them as pimples but would like to know more about them because they are not going away. These lumps are not spreading and they stay in the same area.

Anyone else have these problems?
