i stopped masterbating for 3 months, last night i had wet dream and ejaculated. i dont remember the time at night for the ejac. i woke up and went to urinate. after that i showered and sent some water into my urethra and blood came back out. now the amount was very little, a drop but it was not too red mixed with water.
what is the cause of this, should i be worried. i am a bit sick right now.

you have a urinary infection. see your doctor.

It does sound like a urinary in to me too. It had nothing at all to with not masturbating. Sending shower water up your urethra is probably not the best idea! Water out a faucet in your house is NOT sterile. We are designed to handle the when we take water by mouth, but our urethra does not have that protection. My guess is that is how you got the urinary infection.

this is 1st time i did this. could this be something else?
and this was done for1 second not to close to the penis but water went into the urethra.
which doctor should i contact.

We it could be from a lot of things. My guess is that your GP or a walk in clinic will be able to handle this, I doubt you need a specialist.
