Dont know if anyone else gets this, but when I retract my foreskin I get a vein behind the head that seems to be trapped, as it bulges. If I leave it retracted for a while, it can get really swollen and starts to hurt. Does anyone think this might be a problem, especially when I come to have sex.
Some men do experience swelling of the foreskin if they leave it retracted for too long while others can leve it back with no major problems. It sounds like you might have a slightly tight foreskin that could benefit from a little stretching, since I don't think that vein should be hurting when you retract. Have a look at my stretching instructions, now a sticky at the top of the Mens' Health board.

I have done the stretching exercises before to loosen things up, but I think its the position of this vein when the skin rolls up behind the glans, it just gets trapped
