Blood Flow/ Flaccid Size

Just curious if anyone knows a way to increase blood flow to the penis when flaccid? Seems like I have very little blood flow down there which makes it very small. But the times when its relaxed and warm, it can hang pretty good. Just an annoyance I'd like to try and correct. Any ideas? I was wondering if there is a gel or cream that can be applied that increased blood blow and relaxes it.

Re: Blood Flow/ Flaccid Size

Not sure about creams or anything like that, I however noticed when I was lifting weights and eating a high protien diet I never had shrinkage, however when I was off the diet and eating more carbs or sugary products it was back like a bad cold.

Re: Blood Flow/ Flaccid Size

I do workout 3-4 days a week at the gym and eat a high protein diet. Just started running 3 days a week too. Also, I forgot to mention, I have high triglycerides which is more of a genetic factor. Maybe that has something to do with the lack of blood flow since it is fat in the blood??
