 Is this normal....
i am 16 yrs old, and i have not had sexual intercourse. I have noticed that i have lots of tiny bumps on my scrotum, and shaft near the scrotum but onyl noticable when erect. some have hairs coming out of them. Also i notice redness of the scrotum. But that problem is fixed after a shower. I shower every day and clean my self. i have been researching diff. types of things that could be the problem. I was looking at PPP or maybe even warts. Is this an abnormality i should have a doctor checked or is it just another puberty thing?
