aspirin increases noctural erections / high cholestrol cause ED?
hello.
i have recently found that if i take an aspirin before bed, i get much better erections at night. i have had ED for about 5 years and take viagra, etc for it. prior i had thought it was all mental (anxiety), now i am wondering if my arteries are clogged or something? i do have high cholesterol [200-240] range. has anyone experienced this?

Just as high cholesterol can clog the arteries to the heart it can clog the arteries to the penis. In fact ED can indicate that a future heart problem is probable. The asperin is thinning the blood so that it can get into the penis better, I think. If you haven't seen a doctor or changed your diet to get the cholesterol down, you should before you have more than just ED. Good luck.

would any normal person have the same reaction (assuming thinning blood gets more into penis)??

I have no idea to the answer to your question. It would make sense that thinner blood might be easier to cause an erection. But I do know that high cholesterol can be deadly to the erection of the penis. Anything that clogs the veins to the penis will cause problems for an erection.
