Loss of sexual drive?

What would cause a mid 30's male to lose all sexaul drive over the course of a few months? I have heard it can be a testosterone problem, and if so, how can you tell? Are there any other signs besides just loss of sex drive? Or do you need a blood work-up to know? What would cause a 30's male to all of a sudden have a testosterone problem? Is there any other reason that would cause this lack of drive(barring any obvious problems such as drugs, depression, stress, or alcohol.. those are already ruled out and are not the cause)?? I would appreciate the advice...

That's what I'm thinking... It was a pretty rapid decline... I went form being as frisky as a jack rabbit in heat to not even caring if I have sex at all... mind boggling indeed!

Re: Loss of sexual drive?

Are you currently in a relationship if so for how long..could be that you just need to add more spice or even abstain for a month or so and see how doing without (Since you dont want it anyways) for a while does to your body and your mind.

We have been in a relationship for 7 years, and are very happy. As far as spice, me and the Mrs. are never at a lack of that... we mix it up quite well! And believe me, I do love the sex I have with her. She's the bomb!

I really don't think its lack of interest in her or our sex life... I mean, usually, when men get "bored" with their home sex life, they are still interested in SOMETHING sexual, whether it be porn, tittie bars, masturbation, nudie mags, other women, or SOMETHING. Problem is, I no longer have interest in ANYTHING. And yeah, we did have a dry spell there for about a month (thanks to me ) and it didn't change a thing... I just have NO drive left at all..... ( I've lost me mojo!!!!!!

Re: Loss of sexual drive?

Re: Loss of sexual drive?

Well, I will definitely say that migraines are a sexual turn off, however, the sexual drive disappeared a year ago, and the migraines started 2 weeks ago... so unless the loss of sex drive was in anticipation of headaches to come, there's no relation... I'm really beginning to think it is chemical imbalance from everything I've read... I hope to go see a Dr next week about it.........
