i've lost some of my penis head due to this problem, which was left untreated. skin keeps peeling and peeling.
treatment you have to try different things till one or combo works for you. aqueous cream or wax one (stays on skin for longer), bio oil, many others ask pharmisist (don't say it's for you penis - they are not allowed to give it to you for that - say it's hand or feet or something.
if it's really bad you could try filling a condom with aqueous(or any other) and sleeping with the condom on all night - even during the day.
most of the skin problems i had have gone away now - still left with one tiny area on the back of the penis head that is still red - - the work goes on....
