I'm 20 and I have a patch on my penis at the main part of the head (the part I can see easily) it's about 1cm n size and has a kinda cracked look to it, although it's not dry and feels like the rest of it. I've had it for years (maybe about 5 or 6 if I remember correctly) and it's never went away.
Does anyone have any idea of what could be causing this? could it be frequent masturbation (or the way I masturbate?) maybe not cleaning myself properly? Please, I'm really stuck here.
I've tried moisturising in the past but only did that for a couple of weeks before giving up, can anyone offer some info that would help me clear this up or does anyone think it actually could be cleared up as I've had it for so long.
It really tears at my confidence, so I need this sorted.
