Not when I shave. I guess I'm used to it, and I don't get any bumps or anything. I also don't shave everyday. I've been doing it for a long while now, every now and then, and it doesn't bother me at all. I don't even cut myself once. You have to do it right, and things will be fine. You have to moisturize as well after you shave! Don't use any hair removers, only shave down there. Wax if you get it done right, but otherwise I'd just shave. Use a good shave gel. You cold also use hair conditioner, that works.
