I was having sex with my g/f wearing a condom and i pulled out at climax to ejaculate in the condom and noticed it was broke. i didnt ejaculate and went limp. i later ejaculated in the shower and all that came out was a clear fluid, didnt look like there was sperm. well a week later i tried masturbating and i could not get off. i did this for two or three times that day for like 20 minutes and nothing. finally at night i just kept going until i was finished and again nothing but a clear fluid came out (again didnt look like there was sperm in there). then my balls turned a dark purple. what is wrong with me? do i need to see a doctor? there isnt much pain. my testicles look like they have a big bruise. and how come there is no sperm when i ejaculated?
i saw the doctor and she just thinks a blood vessel popped. i go in for a x-ray or whatever tomorrow. the thing i am worried about is that i can only get a semi-erection. is this a case of ED? i am a young 22 healthy male.
i noticed it after i had masturbated, after i had climaxed, it felt like my semen had backfired, because the only thing that came out was the clear fluid that mixes with sperm. hopefully tomorrow i will know more after the urology.
the urology looked good. everything seems to be okay. i am taking the morphine drug avinza and i did some research on it and it says that it can cause abnormal ejaculation, decreased libido, so i am guessing that this drug is what caused the clear fluid ejaculation and my inability to get a full erection. does anybody have more info on this?
