On the end of my penis is a little line, the best way to describe it is like a loose elastic band under the foreskin, very prominent while erect. I have been to the doctor, who says it is ok, but would really like to know what it is? and if anyone else has had similar. Could it be to much matubation? I use my hand to mastubate against, ie, I hold it in my right, and thrash it against my left hand (habit from childhood!) please help.
Do you mean on the outside of the foreskin? If so that's the raphe where the slit that would have been your vagina, if you had turned out a girl, rejoined in the womb as your genitals developed. The line funs right down over the scrotum too. If that's not what you mean and it's not the scrotum you will have to describe it very carefully or search for some penile anatomy sites.
