| Pain when Ejaculating
Hi,
For around the past few months i have been getting a terrible pain in my testicles/anus when i ejaculate. It seems to be worse when ive not ejaculated for a while and it seems to have built up. So i thought i would masterbate a bit more, this did reduce the pain but its still quite an uncomfortable pain down there! I can remember having it when i was younger at around 16ish, and it went away after a couple of months, but now its come back its worrying me a little bit. I cant have sex because after foreplay its all built up and the pain is agonising, so bad infact i have to bite onto something... My girlfriend understands, but its quite embarrasing.. Any ideas on what it can be?
