| Pain in testicle ONLY before ejaculation
Hello,
About 2 weeks ago I noticed that shortly before ejaculation I get a semi-intense pain in my left testicle. It happens every time. However I have no pain or discomfort throughout the rest of the day. I've noticed that when I feel the pain the epiditimis (I'm thinking it is at least) gets quite enlarged and tender. After climaxing it goes back to normal with no pain in 10 minutes or so.
I read through details on epiditimitis but that sounds like it is a more constant pain; where this is not.
Any ideas on what this could be?
