Hit a road block

Not sure if any of your remeber me but a few months ago I posted a thread about trying to untrain myself of bad habbits.
To refresh peoples memories my problem basically was I masterbated by pushing my penis against my leg while lying down and ejaculated while basically soft.
So I took some peoples advice and stopped masterbating all together and after a few months of trial and error I was able to masterbate the conventional way while being errect but not totally hard.
My problem now is while its errect its not really hard enough for penetration and I am finding that while I am masterbating the proper way I am ejaculating again almost soft.
So my question is how can I train myself to only ejaculate when totally hard? or at least hard enough for penetration?

Hmm. Perplexing to think that you would have this happen every time. I really don't know what to say. You may want to go to a doctor. Something could be wrong, just doesn't sound right unless you get overly excited too much, which prevents you from waiting till your hard before ejaculating. Like the American Pie guy. I would think you could get an over the counter cream to "train" yourself into getting hard. Or maybe get yourself to get hard before masturbating. Like watching porn or looking at porn. I really don't know what to say on this. Just trying to offer some insight to this.

Re: Hit a road block

You may have a blood flow problem which is why your penis is not having a firm erection.
Try standing while masterbating and see if you have a firmer erection; this can be an indecation that you have a blood flow problem. The next step would be to see a dr. and have a doppler test to confirm and locate the areas of low blood flow. Can you reach a full erection lenght? The reason i ask this is because you may have scar tissue on the penis and this can prevent the penis from a full erection. You can try viagra and see if that helps firm your erection. If the viagra works then you have found a good method for dealing with the soft erection. There are other medical alternatives which work but are not as easy as taking a pill. Best wishes and keep seeking answers and solutions.

Well I am only 21 so I would prfer to steer clear of medication.
I dont think it is a blood flow problem because I wake up every morning with an erection.
I find that when I go to actually masterbate it always wants to soften and become a semi (too soft for penetration).
Would becoming hard without touching it first and then begin stroking help?
Up untill about 3 months ago I used to masterbate by hitting my penis against my leg and ejaculate totally soft.
I managed to change that to the normal way but I am still not completely hard, I was thinking perhaps not letting myself ejaculate untill it remains totally hard, sort of retraining myself.
Is retraining yourself easy? Do most guys wait untill they are fully hard before stroking? Is masterbating sitting down or standing up better to lying down?
