foreskin attached to front tip of penis
What should I do about this? I mean I know I should talk to a doctor/urologist, but like im only 18. Aside from the embarrassment of having to tell my parents, what would the doctor do? snip i, or what? I know what I have isnt normal because I cant pull the skin all the way back over the head of my penis.

You are describing the frenulum which anchors the foreskin just under the meatus (pee hole). Two things can prevent full foreskin retraction, tight foreskin opening (phimosis) or tight frenulum, or a combination of both. See my stretching instructions at the top of the Mens' Health board for a way to overcome this problem and get back with any questions.

I dont think stretching will help. I can visibly tell its atached to it.

If it's under the pee hole it's MEANT to be attached. Read the instructions and have a go. Search for pictures, diagrams of fraenulum or frenulum and make sure it's the frenulum. Then get back with questions.
